Pet & Home Sitting Services & Rates
We are happy to tailor our services to your needs.         
In a typical LovingPetSit visit, we:
   feedpup
  • Feed and give fresh water to your pets
  • Administer medication (non-injection) as needed
  • Clean the litter box/potty areas (indoors)
  • Clean the pets bedding areas as needed
  • Walk your dog or play with your cats (5 -10 minutes during a 45minute visit; 15 - 30 minutes during a 1 hour visit depeding on the number of pets you have)
  • Water your house plants (as needed, up to 30 potted plants)
  • Send daily email/voicemail report/update to you if desired
  • Handle your pet or house emergency per your direction.

o The very first orientation visit per client is 1/2 hour, and is $15.  At this orientation visit, you will provide us with the information about your pets, services desired, and emergency contacts, caring instructions, and make the payment arrangements.
o There will be an extra $5 charge per visit for each additional dog if you have 3 or more.
o One fish/reptile tank over 10 gallon is considered one pet.
Additional Pet Services
  • Exercise/walk for your dog(s) -- The pace of the exercise/walk is set to each individual pet/dog
  • Pet Transportation -Take your pet(s) to the daycare/kennel/vet/groomer, etc.
  • Managing your service providers - Manage and supervise your home service providers (emergency services, home-maintenance, contractors, etc.) on-site
  • Veterinary technician available for the pets requiring in-home medical care and services
     Rates:

Walking exercise for your dog(s)
 $6/extra 15 minutes per dog $18/30 minutes per dog
Pet Transportation
 $18 each way + $0.55/mile of actual mileage to/from your home $20 each way + $0.55/mile of actual mileage between your home and destination/starting point

Managing/supervising your home service providers
 $15/hour at the time of visit.  $20/ hour at a different time. $25/hour
Discounts available for seniors (65 or elder), physically-challenged individuals, service-dog owners, and frequent (once a month or more) or continuous long-term (6 months or longer) customers. Discount rate (10%) applies to most of our services except for Pet Transportation and Vet Technician's Care. 
Additional Multitask Household Services
In addition to providing quality pet & home sitting services, we also offer professional housekeeping and household management services.  We are experienced, well-educated, eco-friendly, housekeepers and household management experts w/advanced PC skills.
Housekeeping
Household Assistance In:
  • Maintenance cleaning and tidying up between deep-cleaning services
  • Changing sheets & making beds
  • Laundry, ironing and folding, droping off/picking up dry cleaning items
  • Shopping groceries/sundry items
  • Preparing your meals & clean up after
 
  • Making appointments and plans for your travel, family events & parties, etc.
  • Developing and managing the household calendar
  • Identifying, selecting, and managing other household service providers
  • Home projects: organizing, changing the furniture layout, etc.
  • Home office management: TBD
